Forms will be sent to elevators in early April.
****All stations please note, the APP forms for CCGA include an Intended Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance, an Actual Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance and a Post Harvest Advance. For producers who have an Intended Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance for 2010, the Acutal Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance application must be completed by July 31, 2010. Producers applying who do not already have an Intended Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance for 2010 can apply for an Acutal Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance until August 31, 2010.
Post Harvest Advance application forms will be available from CCGA this summer. This form must be completed by December 31, 2010 regardless of whether producers are requesting additional funds. Producers who have not applied for a Pre-Harvest Advance have until March 1, 2011 to apply for a Post-Harvest Advance. ****
**PLEASE NOTE ** Use the handy application checklist to ensure all forms have been properly filled out. Any applications received in our office with incomplete information or missing signatures will be mailed back to the producer for completion, resulting in delays in processing.
