The team at Canadian Canola Growers Association (CCGA) is celebrating being named a Kincentric Best Employer Canada 2021. The award recognizes organizations that have created a work environment which fosters a highly engaged team. It's particularly special to CCGA because it exemplifies how the employees of CCGA are invested in a common vision of Helping Farmers Succeed.

To achieve recognition through the Kincentric Best Employers certification, CCGA was assessed by surveying employees about topics including employee engagement, organizational agility, engaging leadership, and talent focus.

2021 is the third time for CCGA to be recognized as a Best Employer – first as a 2018 Aon Best Small & Medium Employer in Canada, then as a 2019 Aon Best Employer Canada. The Aon Best Employers Program became Kincentric Best Employers Program in 2019.
CCGA represents canola farmers on national and international issues, policies and programs that impact farm profitability and is an official administrator of the Government of Canada's Advance Payments Program.
